The beach area is nice and great for families. The check-in process was slow and the room felt cramped.

The pools are fantastic, with five heated options and even a water park for kids. Check-in took forever and there were extra charges for parking and the resort fee that felt excessive.

This place is a visual delight with gorgeous pools and facilities. The location is super convenient with easy access to parks and a Disney store on-site.
Cleaning staff was solid, but waiting until 2am for extra bedding is no joke.

After a long Disney day, I arrived to find my room key locked me out. It was late, and I had two sleeping kids. The front desk had zero answers. Just frustrating and disappointing—definitely a night I'll never forget for the wrong reasons.

I had a fantastic time exploring the nearby attractions, as it's less than a 10-minute walk to Epcot and almost 2 km to Disney's Hollywood Studios, with the beautiful Disney's Boardwalk also just a stroll away, offering great entertainment and dining options; the hotel itself had nice amenities such as pools and restaurants that added to the experience, but it could use some improvements in the size of the bathrooms.

Amazing location, amazing amenities with a beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the courtyard and a very short walk to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The Walt Disney World Dolphin boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to Epcot and Disney Boardwalk. Convenient valet parking and diverse dining options, like the fantastic Blue Zoo, enhance the experience. be prepared for potential check-in delays and double charges on your bill.

Ample walking space and stunning landscaping made the property feel open and inviting. Proximity to Disney attractions is a huge plus, and the shuttle service made park-hopping a breeze. The pool area is gorgeous, though the drinks could use more kick. hidden fees were a frustrating surprise, adding over $300 to the bill. The rooms, while clean, felt outdated and lacked the Disney magic seen in other resorts. Service was mixed, with long waits at the front desk. Room service was underwhelming, served in disposable containers. There’s potential here, but it missed the mark overall.

Beautiful location with lovely aesthetics. The pools and facilities were impressive, and the staff was notably helpful, especially when extending our stay. we encountered significant issues. Our room wasn’t as advertised, requiring an unexpected upgrade. While the suite itself was clean and comfortable, the double beds were cramped. The bathroom was shockingly small, and the low toilet was inconvenient. There’s also a lack of accessible room options with mobility challenges. With these improvements, this hotel could truly shine. I’m not sure I’d choose this place again.

The staff went above and beyond, helping us with our reservations and making our stay seamless! The multi-pool area was a paradise, complete with a beach and hot tub that my family loved. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a culinary delight; I can't stop dreaming about those seared scallops!
Would recommend! 💖✨

The bed was comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep despite the noise from the bathroom pipes that gurgled during the night. We enjoyed the proximity to the parks, which made early access convenient, but the room key issues were frustrating, requiring constant assistance from staff. The balcony upgrade was underwhelming, barely fitting two people. the amenities were nice, but these room issues impacted our comfort considerably. The kids loved the pool area, but the walk there was inconvenient, especially with wet clothes.

Great location near Epcot and Disney Boardwalk, making it easy to hop between parks. The valet service was super convenient, especially during the busy holiday season. Loved the beautiful exterior of the hotel, with fantastic pools and facilities for a relaxing stay.
Staffing issues led to long waits during check-in and inadequate room preparation, as guests experienced delays getting essential items like cribs and bedding. Some maintenance issues, like flickering lights and noisy toilets, impacted the quality of sleep and were not promptly addressed.

Dining venues and service were top-notch, felt like a VIP. Room setup was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Convenient location for theme parks. Loved the Miami Dolphins theme.
Dealing with parking and billing issues was a delightful nuisance.

The location is prime for park access, and I loved the nearby shuttle services for getting around. We enjoyed our evenings walking to shops and restaurants, with the boardwalk atmosphere being a big plus.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the convenience is worth it.

The air conditioning in the room worked well and kept me cool during the hot Florida days. Unfortunately, I did notice that the room was lacking in tea and coffee facilities, which would have been nice for a quick caffeine fix in the morning. There was no mini-bar in the room, but there was a cozy sitting area where I could relax after a long day at the parks. The terrace offered a nice view and was a great spot to unwind in the evenings. I also appreciated the availability of rollaway beds for extra guests. One area that could use improvement is the lack of trouser press in the room. It would have been convenient to have this amenity for keeping my clothes looking neat and professional. the lack of garden furniture outside was a bit disappointing, as it would have been nice to have a place to sit and enjoy the outdoor surroundings. The sink in the bathroom was clean and functional, and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch. I was pleased to find an alarm clock with an AM/FM radio, which helped me wake up on time each morning. The flat-screen TV was a great addition for some nighttime entertainment, though I did notice that the carpeted floor in the room could use a bit of a refresh. Car hire services were available, which was convenient for exploring the area. The hotel offered dry cleaning services, which came in handy for keeping my clothes looking sharp. there were shops and commercial services on-site for any last-minute needs. The laundry facilities were a bonus . I did not personally use the airport shuttle service, but I heard from other guests that the free shuttle service to the parks was a convenient perk.

We were delighted with the lovely suite, clean and comfortable, and enjoyed the beautiful pools and facilities. However, it was frustrating to wait late into the night for the travel cot and bedding we had requested. I'll recommend this hotel.

the walt disney world dolphin was in the perfect location - super close to several theme parks and disney springs. the 24-hour picabu restaurant was a lifesaver after long park days. the hotel offers free theme park parking when you pay for parking there - so convenient.

Despite the holiday hustle, we appreciated the relaxed vibe by the pool and the stunning grounds – perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. Being a short stroll from a major theme park allowed for spontaneous visits, and the bonus early entry granted by staying close by was a festive treat. Plus, having the Boardwalk nearby made grabbing a bite to eat an easy task.
Our room felt cramped for a family, and the beds were less than cozy, making it a challenge to get a good night's rest. The chaotic service at the poolside restaurant was a letdown, and the parking situation was a nightmare – waiting in the dark for a spot was not the holiday experience we had hoped for.

Great location, close to Epcot and Boardwalk. Beautiful property with convenient boat transportation. Variety of restaurants and bars. Room with Magic Kingdom fireworks view. Buffet breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice, smoothies, and made-to-order omelettes.
Felt fine, nothing too much trouble.

we had a fantastic time, with a perfect location just a short walk from epcot and broadwalk. the complimentary transport links were great, making it easy to get around. our 17th floor room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing views overlooking the magic kingdom and animal kingdom. the outdoor areas were beautiful, and the transportation was very convenient. the grounds were immaculate, and we found everyone to be super helpful.

Staying at this amazing property was an absolute blast! The Dolphin's close proximity to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and the Boardwalk made it the perfect base for our Disney adventure. The shuttle service was reliable, taking us effortlessly to the parks and Disney Springs. The on-site market provided delicious breakfast options and snacks for on-the-go. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the pool was a refreshing oasis to relax after a day of excitement.
The first floor, where our room was located, had a slight musty smell and felt a bit hot and muggy. We had to crank up the AC to cool the room, but once it kicked in, it was fine.
